About Us
ICOM Refrigeration was established in May of 1991 by Scott and Kim Kelly. Our company primarily focuses on the grocery store and restaurant industries; however, we also have extensive expertise in many other fields.
We currently have 14 qualified technicians, each with their own unique skills and knowledge that enables ICOM to stand apart from other refrigeration companies. Our employees are continually advancing their expertise, learning knew technologies, and taking courses to keep up with the latest trends.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, although we provide 24-hour service in case of emergencies. ICOM Refrigeration does not believe in using answering services. No matter what hour you call at, you will be speaking one-on-one with an ICOM employee. Answering services tend to be impersonal and will never care about you, the customer, as much as our staff does. We pride ourselves in our customer service, and will always take our services to the next level to provide the best value in the business.
